Daniel Boone is my 7th great grandfather, which means I am directly related to him. Because of this I believe all the legends about him, and there are legends that he shot a Bigfoot. Long story short if bigfoots are real than he did shoot one.

Daniel Boone was involved in several situations that involved hostile Indians including an attack an attack by the British and Shawnee on Boone's militia during the Revolutionary War. this was known as the battle of Blue Licks. We can assume that Daniel did kill some of the attackers. Many lives were lost on both sides, including Daniel's son Israel.
