This doesn't exist. Cleveland has no ferries. It's best to just drive or fly to Toronto. However, if you want to cross Lake Erie in a boat, you can take the Pelee Islander from Sandusky, OH to Pelee Island to Leamington, ON. The departure times on this make it inconvenient.

No. You cannot catch a ferry from Buffalo to Toronto. You can catch a bus. Takes around 1.5 hours.
