This doesn't exist. Cleveland has no ferries. It's best to just drive or fly to Toronto. However, if you want to cross Lake Erie in a boat, you can take the Pelee Islander from Sandusky, OH to Pelee Island to Leamington, ON. The departure times on this make it inconvenient.
