Yes. Codeine is an opiate analgesic, where as diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or aspirin. Generally speaking, painkillers from different groups don't interact. Double check any other drugs with a doctor or pharmacist, but in this case I'm 100% positive that the two don't interact.
Yes! I've been to the doctors for stronger pain relief because of the shattered bones in my back and herniated disc, and they said to take codeine, diclofenac, and paracetamol at the same time to get the most significant results. You can take them all at once because they are in different 'catagories' and so shouldn't give you horrible side effects/stomach ulcers etc.
Hope that helps.
Yes you can, I am taking 60mg codeine, 70mg diclofenac 2 paracetamol and 4 mg diazepam for chronic Back pain in one dose.

Does paravetamol contain codine
Yes, you can take paracetamol (Tylenol) with codeine AS LONG AS the prescription does not say "APAP". APAP means that it already contains paracetamol which can increase risk of overdose and death. As always with Codeine Phosphate, do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking it. You may need to increase your intake of clear fluids, as Codeine is notorious for causing constipation. You should take this medication with food as taking on a empty stomach can cause upset stomachs. Also, do not take codeine for long periods of time, it is a narcotic and can be habit forming. With Tylenol (paracetamol/acetaminophen/APAP) do not consume more than 4g (4000 mg) or 8 - extra strength (500 mg) tablets in any 24 hour period.
