NyQuil Cold & Flu relief liquid contains Acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer. This may be considered duplicate therapy with aspirin (also a pain reliever and fever reducer). For short term use, this is not an issue. Some products in the migraine relief category, for example, contain both drugs in a single tablet. Should you find yourself requiring either aspirin or NyQuil for an extended period, or if symptoms become severe or worsen, contact your physician.
You can...would you want to? It depends on many factors-factors you should ask a doctor and not the internet-you could overdose on acetaminophen which is present in NyQuil and possibly the codeine.

The problem is both percocet and NyQuil have large amounts of Paracetamol (A.K.A. Acetominophin or Tylenol), and too much is very bad for your liver. That combination is also very likely to get somebody stoned out of their mind. This is NOT an endorcement both NyQuil and percocet are dangerous drugs when not used according to instructions. Oxycodone is in Percocet, and when you combine it with Nyquil it can slow your breathing and heartrate, Now Percocet has Tylenol in it......which is worse...so do not mix them.
You can Die!
i mix it all the time, and its never given me problems!
I don't know you well enough to give you an answer, call your doctor. Do not mix without his/her approval.
Though it's hard to say, depending on which NyQuil you would use, as each NyQuil has different drugs and a combination of them in it (NyQuil Cough, NyQuil Cold & Flue, etc.), it doesn't seem like there would be an interaction between the two.
Being both a pharmacist and a doctor, I know for a fact that these two drugs will have no side effects if taken together. Infact, the taking of Nyquil allows for the prednisone to be absorbed more easily into the body.
Nyquil contains dextromethorphan which should not be mixed with antidepressants. This is now listed on the pamphlet that comes with the drug from the pharmacy. Several years ago, before this was listed on the pamphlet, I took Nyquil and was also taking Prozac. I ended up having terrible hallucinations and was put in the hospital for a few days because I was having trouble walking.
