You use the charging cable to connect the PS3 to Controller and press the Playstation Emblem on the controller
Usually if you plug the usb cable (controller charger cable) into the ps3 console and the ps3 wireless controller it will sync the controller with the console. I had this problem when I went to a friends house and brought my extra controllers. The Controllers just set there and blinked till I plugged it into his usb cable that hooked up to his ps3 console. Hope this helps
It does but you need the usb cable so it syncs with the new ps3. Every time you switch ps3 you need to sync your controller with the ps3 for it to work.
To get a controller to switch what PS3 it is connected to first plug it in with a charge cable. Press the PS button and wait for it to sync. After the controller is assigned a player number it it connected to the other PS3 and ready to be used.
Even if the battery is low connecting the USB controller cable should allow the controller to connect when you press the PS3 emblem on the controller. Without another controller you can not tell if the PS3 or controller is the problem and does not work
To connect any controller to a PS3 first plug in a USB cable to the controller. Connect this cable to the PS3 you want to connect the controller to. Press the PS button and the controller will connect.
You only need a cable and a USB plug
buy a PS3
When the PS3 is on use the charging cable to connect the controller to the PS3 and press the Playstation Emblem on the controller
Plug it into your PS3 with USB cable. The console needs to be on to charge the controller.
Your controller should come without any charge, after you have charged the controller it will be connected to the PS3. If you had it with charge for some reason, just connect it to your PS3 with the USB cable.
Yes. Take a mini USB from another device, like a camera or mp3 player. If it is the right type, it will fit into the slot on the controller and charge/sync it.
