There are no documented problems with Adderall and DEPAKOTE so far. HOWEVER, you should check with your doctor before you take the following with Adderall: Benadryl and Chlor-Trimeton; MAO inhibitors; Fruit juices and xtra vitamin C; Procardia and other high blood pressure meds; Lithium;; Major tranquilizers-- Haldol,,Thorazine,, (psychotropic meds); Demerol-- (narcotic pain med); Dilantin, Phenobarbitol; Tofranil;. Adderall XR (indicates TIME RELEASE) don't crush, chew, or cut in half. In a totally different class of meds you have Depakote. The biggest worry about Depakote is LIVER FUNCTIONS. Regular blood tests are needed. Depakote and Adderall XR are both good medications. You should talk with your prescribing doctor if you have worries about them. You should not drink citrus juice when you take your dose of Adderall in the morning. It slows the way your body metabolizes the med. Foods and drugs that make your stomach/intestinal tract acidic may decrease absorption of Adderall. A partial listing of these items includes: fruit juices, reserpine, sodium acid phosphate, vitamin C, guanethidine. Drugs that make your stomach/intestinal tract basic (alkaline) may increase absorption of Adderall. A partial listing of these include: sodium bicarbonate, acetazolamide. You should talk with your pharamcist, or doctor if you have concerns about your meds.

You can save money on a prescription.
Shop around at as many pharmacies as possible. Don't forget to include online pharmacies in your search, as they often have the best prices, and you can save a lot of money on a prescription.
In case you can compare Effexor prices online at www.rxoffer[dot]com .
P.S Many online reliable pharmacies will be happy to provide the prescription to anyone who can answer a few simple questions.

Always seek advice from properly qualified professionals before taking or changing medication. Below is the experience of one person's use of the three medications. Do not take this as advice that they are safe or that they are right for your situation.

I don't know what you're dealing with or why you're considering taking this combination, but I can attest to the fact that you can combine these three meds. I was finally diagnosed with bipolar II several years ago after 13 years of struggling with many symptoms & many many different meds.

After going through the gamut of SSRIs with little success, Effexor (an SNRI) was the only thing that got me out of bed & back in the swing of things. The adderall was then added to help with my concentration. The Effexor is wonderful at tackling my severe depressive episodes, but began causing ADD-like symptoms & leaving my head in a fog.

The adderall is amazingly helpful in offsetting these symptoms & giving me a feeling of being happy, clear-headed & in control of myself. The two alone worked well for me for a while, until I started noticing a lot more frequent hypomanic symptoms & rapid cycling. My doc told me that the Effexor is sometimes known to provoke mania. Kind of a catch-22 seeing as how its the only thing that's ever kept my depression at bay so well. Plus the withdrawal symptoms from stopping this med are so incredibly awful. I don't even want to talk about it.

So it was decided that a mood stabilizer was in order to try & control my episodes of extreme irritability & sometimes rage. I just recently started taking depakote for this, & other than the GI problems it causes, I feel great! Really hoping my tummy settles down soon so I can hopefully sit back & enjoy my new found calmness & what I have to assume "normal" feels like. Good luck to you.
