I'd advise against it unless they ar dwarf hamsters. When my family had two male Syrian hamsters, from the same litter, as you've specified, the results were disastrous. They frequently faught, and one day we came home to find one dead with several bites around his neck. In my experience, two male hamsters from the same litter will find a way to make sure that they don't live together.
Although dwarf hamsters male and female will live together of the same gender. I have twoo male Russian dwarf hamsters that live together peacefully.
I know someone who had two hamsters in the same cage. They fought a lot and one starved the other by stealing all the food. Luckily they lived because they managed to put one into a new cage in time. Don't even try it because even if they look fine together when they are little, they can kill each other.
no they should not live together as often this results in fighting and sometimes death, please do not do this.
When the babies are born, the male will have to be seperated because he could get jelOus and hurt them. The babies can live with the female for a couple of months but then you have to seperate the male and female babies because then they start to breed again
to tell you hamsters only like each other when they want to have kids
No, or yes if you want two mamas if they are dwarf hamsters. If Syrians then no, because they will fight and may even kill each other.
No.
Hamsters are not particulary known for living in forests, they live underground in the wild.
NO they will kill each other they fight till death only dwaf hamsters and a few other breeds can live together --------------------------- Improved by .PokemonFreak. Actually, if you have two females it is possible for them to become friends. If you put male and female together the female is going to end up pregnant then you have to separate them or else the female will kill the male.
No
Even hamsters that are siblings will fight because they like to live alone. Dwarf hamsters can live together though, but only if they re brought up together.
It depends. Syrian and Teddy Bear hamsters will kill each other if they are the SAME gender , even if they are related. There will be less fights if you put hamsters of the opposite gender together to mate. Dwarf hamsters live in groups, so female dwarfs and male dwarfs won't attack each other and will have babies peacefully.
when two male live togetherthere is no 'relationship'between them so they will be selfish towards each other and they will begin to fight over things.
no 2 male hamsters will fight, I have a Male Hamster and so does my Brother, we put them next to each other and my Hamster jumped on top of his. if you out 2 male or female hamsters together, they will surely fight
