It may or may not be POSSIBLE to keep a dragonfly as a pet, but I would not advise it. First of all, dragonflies, in general, have a fairly short lifespan. Second dragonflies are quite hard to feed, eating live insects- usually on the wing.
However, raising dragonfly nymphs to adulthood is not only easy but quite fun.

If people catch dragonflies and sell them in shop then dragonflied can be purchased. And maybe they are bieng sold on some markets.
