I have heard of the issue, in fact I have contacted the Animal Jam HQ.
(They even talked about breaking the ice!) Here is what their reply is:
Hey there, Jammer!
It's super wild to hear from you! However, it sounds to us you've heard quite the wild rumor in Jamaa, is that right? If so, we're thrilled to hear you enjoy jumping on the bridge in Coral Canyons as much as we do! Have you noticed that it cracks when 3 or more Jammers jump on it?
We know many Jammers and their friends have tried breaking this bridge for many seasons. Unfortunately, we haven't heard of any Jammers successfully breaking it yet, but can you imagine what would happen if you were the lucky Jammer to break it? We'd be careful though.... those cracks look pretty dangerous!
You know what else? We've heard many Jammers have tried breaking the ice in Mt. Shiveer, but it's best to be careful because it must be FREEZING under that water!
Have fun and don't forget to play wild!
Animal Jam HQ
1. Gather 10 people from anywhere in Animal Jam and tell them to hop on the ice in Mt. Shiveer.
2. Wait a couple of minutes so Animal Jam can generate the broken ice.
3. Once you break the ice, you will fall in an underwater blue hole. (you'll probably fall down in a room)
4. The first time when you break the ice, you will get 3 month membership which gives 90 days, 6000 gems, 10 diamonds and all the headdresses and betas.
5. The second time when you break the ice, you will get 12,000 gems.
