Can guinea pigs eat pine cones?

You can give it to them to nibble and chew on. It also wears down their teeth. But they don't really eat it. It's kinda like a nibble toy but it is perfectly safe to eat it. However they probably won't 'eat' it.

You can eat plain pine cones and not get any harmful effects. You should however ensure that you remove the shell and seeds before eating.

it wouldn't hurt the dog but make sure he doesnt try to eat them.
