There is no evidence that it could happen. In movies, and on TV, fictional characters (and Zombies are fictional) intentionally arouse people's fears, but in real life, there has been no proof that any person came back from the dead as a zombie or any other creature. So, while perhaps someday, scientists may find a way to do it, for now, it's just a good subject for Horror films. And while a scary movie might seem realistic, it's not real at all. Thus, there is no reason to worry about zombies attacking us.
