By Maronite canon (i.e. Church law) a Maronite is allowed to marry before ordination to minor orders (i.e. cantor, lector, subdeacon) if they intend on becoming a priest. One cannot be ordained a priest and then get married in the Maronite Church. Furthermore, in the United States, although legal in terms of Maronite canon, the Roman Church has imposed sanctions upon the Maronites to have only celibate priests serve in the US as to avoid conflict with their Roman counterparts. Any married Maronite priest in the US is not permitted to be assigned to a parish to keep them outside the public's sight. However, in Lebanon and Syria, married priests constitute more than half of all priests. Marrying, furthermore, bars one from the episcopacy (becoming a bishop).
No, Catholic priests, of whatever Rite, must take a vow of celibacy before ordination to the diaconate. Eastern Rite priests, however, like the Melkites, may be married when they take the vow of celibacy. So, that they would be married when they are ordained. However, if they are not married, or if their wife dies, then they may not marry after their ordination.
Yes, so long as the conversion is genuine. Check with your coptic priest in case of any additional requirements, such as catechism (instructions in the faith).
