Transfer? You're implying that defending your country is taken so glibly that fighting for a nation other than Canada would be even acceptable to Canadian soldiers? To answer your question... No. The oath a Canadian Military personnel take is not "transferable" to Another Country. Will the US Army take non-citizen recruits? Yes. Just walk in and sign on the line.

The only way a Canadian can serve in the US Army is if the US and Canada fight a battle together, that way all the soldiers are the same/equal. But other then that, if you are Canadian and want to serve in the US Army you must become an American.
A Jamaican can join the US Army if they have a green card or they are a naturalized citizen.
A British citizen can join the US Army, and a British soldier might be attached temporarily to a US unit, or sent to a US training/instructional programme, but they won't be able to be in both services simultaneously.
No
You must have a GED or HS Diploma to join the United States Army.
Yes all you have to do is become an American citizen. <><><><> Citizenship is not required. My stepson is a British subject, and a US Marine. However, the Australian would need to become a Resident Alien- someone that is admitted to the US as a permanent resident (emigrant).
