absolutely. all alcohol is cooked off, and there is nothing harmful that remains after it is cooked. Most people seem to recommend a glass of red wine a day for pregnancy, so even if all the alcohol did not cook off (which is impossible since it evaporates very quickly) it should not be a problem.

If it's the vodka in the sauce that you are concerned about don't worry, when the sauce is cooked the alcohol is cooked out of it leaving the flavor.
