Morphine is an opiate painkiller. Ativan (lorazepam) is a benzodiazepine (a group of sedatives such as Ativan, Valium, Xanax). Since morphine also has sedative properties, taking the two drugs in combination could, in fact, be dangerous. It all depends on dosage, and the individual's sensitivity to the two drugs. If you are prescribed both drugs by a doctor, the doctor theoretically should know what he/she is doing, and it should be ok to take these two medications simultaneously. If you notice extreme tiredness, difficulty breathing, or any other side effects you should probably have a chat with the doc. If you are taking one or both of these drugs recreationally, it would probably be best to do them seperately. It is not uncommon for recreational users to die from an opiate/benzodiazepine combination. If you do decide to take both of these drugs at the same time, I would strongly advise NOT to drink any alcohol, or take any additional sedative drugs. I am not a doctor. Please do not consider this information to be medical advice. It would be best to ask your doctor about these medications before taking them. -The Captain

Can you take morphine and abilify together
No. Together they can cause more drowsiness.
yes
yes, Ativan is the only benzo that won't get stronger from tagamet. So, you don't to worry.
Both medication can be taken together. However, both have similar side effects and these might be increased. If you can take a smaller dose (half) of ativan the night you take Tylenol PM, it would be the best choice.
No you do not want to take two depressant medications together.
Yes actually just did it.... great feeling
