He is A good person but likes to keep his options open cuz he helped harry hermine and Ron but later when they were caught he goes to the death eater and pleads him that he was always on the dark lords side but Hermione stunned the death eater and Ron punched Draco for trying to go back but he and his family avoided being in askaban prison because of his last minute allegiance switch.
PSH HE IS EVIL NO MATTER WHAT
Throughout the entire Harry Potter series Draco Malfoy has always been cruel. This is mainly due to the way his parents raised him. They taught him that purebloods and breeding were very important and that because they had money they could do whatever they wanted. This made him selfish and uncaring.
Lucius Malfoy was one of Lord Voldemort's most loyal Death Eaters and managed to escape Azkaban by pretending he was under the Imperius curse. He also donated a lot of money to the Ministry to ensure he had enough influence to make life easier for him.
Draco Malfoy also became a Death Eater, mostly so he could help save his families name after they were revealed publicly as Death Eaters and failed a task for Voldemort leaving them out of favour. To save his family, Draco was ordered to kill Dumbledore but it was a task he was unable to complete and never seemed comfortable with.
After this, Draco begins to redeem himself. When Harry, Ron and Hermione were caught by the Snatchers he was asked to identify them and although he knew for sure it was them, he only said that it was possible suggesting he was either too scared of what would happen if he was wrong or that he didn't really want to see people he knew be killed in his home.
The Malfoy's certainly changed sides during the final battle. Narcissa and Lucius avoided the fight and Narcissa lied to Voldemort by telling him Harry was dead in exchange for Harry confirming Draco was still alive. Because of this, they weren't imprisoned in Azkaban.
In the movie, the Malfoy's actually walk away from the final battle but in the book they are spotted sitting together after Voldemort's death.
The Malfoy family certainly couldn't be classed as good. Lucius killed and tortured people as a Death Eater while Draco was a vicious bully. However, they weren't necessarily evil either.
Bellatrix Lestrange (born Bellatrix Black)
He ends up marrying hermoine after she leaves Ron due to several horrible sexual experiences.
Draco Malfoy (Harry's classmate in some subjects), his father Lucius, and his mother Narcissa.
She used an old nail and Ron's Deluminator to see.
she and the rest of the black family are pure bloods. so when sirius brings in half bloods and discrased pure bloods (the weaslys) and mudbloods into her pure blood house she is furiouis. she is all about pure blood just like the malfoys (the malfoys are related to the black family) so by bringing ''lesser'' people into her house it is discrasing her and to her it is shamefull.

Answering this question fully will require some spoilers, so be warned. Voldemort is obviously the main bad guy. His followers are the Death Eaters. The most prominent Death Eaters are Bellatrix, Snape, and the Malfoys. Bellatrix is evil and stays evil. Snape seems evil at first, but turns out to be a double agent on the side of good. The Malfoys are loyal to Voldemort at first, but they ultimately abandon him. There are also a lot of unnamed Death Eaters and Dark creatuers on Voldemort's side. Outside of Voldemort's forces, there's Griphook, who can't exactly be considered good since he betrayed the Trio after getting them into Gringotts.
Yes, when it becomes dangerous and painful.

Cookies and cream.
In the book they didn't; Lucius and Narcissa abandoned Voldemort during the battle and ran around shouting Draco's name. They were then sitting alone together in the Great Hall after the battle ended. For the film, four different endings were filmed for the Malfoys. Presumably they chose the one with the Malfoys walking off to show their betrayal of Voldemort, or something like that.
JK Rowling, I'd assume. It's been noted that 'mal foi' is (kind of) French for 'bad faith', although Rowling says she didn't think of this when she came up with the name.
Pure-blood racists like the Malfoys.
