Stomach pains are normal in early pregnancy as long as you're not bleeding or cramping uncontrollably. It's called Round Ligament pain, and it's due to your uterus stretching to accommodate your new baby. I'm 25 weeks pregnant, and for me, the stomach pains were the most uncomfortable in the beginning. It's a scary feeling because you're not sure if something might be wrong, especially if it's your first. But rest easy, because it's all a part of your body physiologically preparing for something amazing.
Bad pain or stomach cramps are not a common sign of pregnancy but can happen. This can be caused by a fallopian cyst or by a tubal pregnancy so it should be evaluated by your medical provider.
It depends on the pain you are experiencing. Period like cramps are very common during early pregnancy, however if the pain is severe then I would advise that you seek medical advice. Hope this helps.
Bleeding, stomach pain, and back pain are not pregnancy symptoms. Your pregnancy test is negative and you are using effective birth control. Please see your health care provider to find out why you're having pain.

Premenstrual breast pain and breast pain during pregnancy feel the same and occur for the same hormonal reasons. If you think you might be pregnant, take a pregnancy test.
It is more likely to be a sign of ovulation (releasing an egg) as both of these things occur during ovulation. However they CAN also be signs of pregnancy. If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test
