Generally speaking, no, Ring-tailed Lemurs are not dangerous to humans. However, attempting to handle them can result in being bitten or scratched, and bites can become seriously infected. Ring-tailed Lemurs could also carry disease that could be spread to humans (zoonotic diseases).
