homemade(mine)of course.as you would see,mine start out with ground beef,the size of between a hardball and soft ball.I then add spices,chopped onions,pepper.then fry thoroughly,with 2 cheese slices,on a toasted bun with ketchup,mustard and relish.this of course beats md's hands down,not just for taste,but is more filling,and does not leave digestion hangover or terrible gas like md's.
depends on how you prepeare it (what you put in it) but homemade tacos can be healthy if you avoid heavy salting and spices and burgers can also be healthy when homemade
