Do cops care if you drive at night with a day license?
Care. I believe caring is what gets most cops interested in
being a cop in the first place. A cop has to do a job that not many
would want. Even wanting to be a cop is not good enough, as there
are tests to be passed to weed out persons who may not handle the
job of a cop. People make laws, and cops see to it that those laws
are not broken. When an officer of the law, sees a law being
broken, he can either investigate the action, or turn his head and
look the other way. Quite possibly, if he does his job, the job he
was hired to do, he will infuriate someone, by detaining them or
arresting them. If the law says a person who has a day license
cannot drive at night, then if a cop is doing his job to the best
of his abilities, he will stop you. He cares because it is the law
and you are showing you do not care by breaking it. People will
call the police names, and show much hatred toward cops, but they
are doing a job, that the law abiding community needs for them to
do. So yes, cops do care. Sometimes, too much.
