1995 to 2004 tacomas are just about interchangable for all parts except for style of seats
depends on the wheel. Toyota tacomas have different stock rims for the 2wd 4wd and pre-runner with all different backspaces, not to mention if the rims are aftermarket.
No. Some are FWD and others are AWD (4x4).

OBDII is mandatory for all vehicles sold in the U.S. from 1996 and newer; however, some pre-96 cars may have OBDII as well
First generation Toyota Tundra and Sequioa rims, ALL Toyota 4Runners (all years, models, trims, and drive trains), ALL Toyota Land Cruiser rims (all years), ALL years Toyota Pickup (NOTE: 4WD MODELS ONLY), and ALL years Toyota Tacomas (NOTE: 4WD MODELS ONLY) Basically any Toyota 6 Lugnut rim will fit, that is if it's a 4wd truck. I dunno much about the 2wd rims and what all fits. Anyways, hope this helps :)
yes it will if the 89 has the same motor as the 85 most all Toyota 4x4 parts from the 70's to early 90's are interchangable if the vehicles both have the same engines realy the only thing that changed on the trucks is the body style and fuel injection
1984-1988 are all the same bumpers
