She is Katharine Towne

no she is not, Katharine Towne is the girl at the sex addict meeting, but i don't know who is the nurse at the end Her name is Dillon Neaman. She was a production assistant for the shoot of Blades of Glory. She played the nurse at the end of the movie for fun. She delivers a line, but if you watch closely you don't actually see her mouth move, thus she is not an actress with a speaking role listed in the credits. She is also a very good skier :)
