Injections are medical procedures beyond first aid. So treatment for tennis elbow with cortisone shots would be OSHA recordable - but only if the problem (tennis elbow) was the result of paid employment activity or was aggravated by paid employment activity.
Unless you are a tennis pro working for someone else, getting tennis elbow from playing tennis is unlikely to be the result of your work activity.

The tennis ball is sized and constructed to work with the tennis rackets. It is pretty much essential because its handling determines the scoring.
Without a ball, you cannot have a legal serve. If you do serve an imaginary ball, the first volley will go on forever, with spectacular recovery shots made on both sides of the net.

keep your eye on the ball and back up for high shots! Most important be ready when your apponent hits the ball to you.

The type of ball used can affect results by influencing factors like speed, spin, and bounce. A heavier ball may result in faster shots but with less spin, while a lighter ball may allow for more spin but slower shots. It is important to consider the type of ball to achieve desired outcomes in sports like tennis or table tennis.

Tennis players blow on their fingers before serving or hitting the ball to improve their grip by removing moisture and enhancing friction between their fingers and the racket handle. This helps them have better control and accuracy in their shots.

Aerobic respiration is primarily used during longer duration rallies in tennis when the body can rely on oxygen to produce energy efficiently. Anaerobic respiration is used during quick and intense movements, such as sprints or explosive shots, where the body needs to generate energy rapidly without oxygen.

If it's an actual ref there's nothing you can do really unless you can get your opponent to agree to a rematch. If your opponent is the one calling your outs (a self reffed game) then hit shots that are obviously in but place them in hard to reach areas, such as corners and the like.

Absolutely. One of the sweetest shots, if you can pull it off - around the post. The rules do not specifically say that it has to go over the net, just should not end up in the net.

The i-formation in tennis is a strategic positioning where one player stands at the net while the other player stands slightly behind and to the side. This formation is used to confuse opponents, block their view, and create opportunities for aggressive plays like poaching or intercepting shots.

swimming is more poplular than tennis because tennis is more of a spectater sport for people to watch rather than play or do, and more people through out the world swim.
----------------------------------
Tennis is more popular than swimming as tennis involves singles or doubles, whereas the players play tennis competitively against each other (and sometimes show-off their hot shots). Swimming is more like a group of swimmers stepping on to the diving boards, dive and swim til the end, and thus not as much fun as tennis. In tennis, you cannot predict what is going to happen, which makes it more exciting. You can predict what is going to happen - the swimmers are going to swim up and down the lanes...
It is true that more people throughout the world swim, but I think tennis is much much more popular than swimming.

Tennis is a beautiful sport that can be challenging and rewarding. Tennis is a blast and if you aren't a marathon runner than you will be if you join tennis. Some players even run miles on court in between shots,at total. Sure you do get hot and sweaty, because it's ten degrees hotter on court, but the things you learn are not only important but you will most likely use them for the rest of your life. So,whoever asked this question here is your answer....Tennis is a lesson in life and a BLAST! so if you were to try it you would love it just as much as the rest of us do,Although some aren't meant to play..AT ALL...It is just fun to play anyways.

You practice a lot. You study the game and analyze your own mistakes.
A lot of people think that going to academies is gonna make you better, simply because you're going to an academy. IT'S NOT. In order to get really good, you have to practice and do a lot of reps. Every shot in tennis needs to be perfected in order to have an "incredible game." And another thing that makes tennis so hard is the mental aspect. Unlike basketball, you don't have teammates helping you out, or a time-out to go get your coach. Once you're on the court, you're on your own. You think what to do yourself. You choose your shots yourself. I guess that's what makes tennis tennis.

High Percentage Shot: A high percentage shot is one that will most likely fly over the net and land within the court. A typical high percentage shot would be if you hit your forehand cross court 19 out of 20 times, or 95%, that would be considered a high percentage shot because the ball was in play the majority of the time. Low Percentage Shot: On the other hand, a low percentage shot is one that has a lower probability of either flying over the net or landing within the court. Trying to hit close to the lines is a low percentage shot because you have less area for the ball to land on. For example, hitting a line may occur 3/10 or 30% of the time. These are not good odds. Cross court shots have a higher probability of being good then down the line shots. This is due to the fact that the net is usually lower at the center of the court. When you hit a cross court shot, the net is lower, so your shot has more room when going over the net.
