This is very rare in this day and age when no one expects a living and breathing person to answer a telephone.
A synergy bank has certain qualifications and offers rewards and features to its' customer to make it a unique banking experience. The bank may require a customer to receive the account statement electronically instead of by mail. There may need to be at lease one direct deposit or one automatic payment posted and cleared. There should be at least 12 debit cards purchases that have posted and cleared.
Many positive features include no minimum balance needed for rewards, free debit cards, online bill pay and online banking and free checking.
Synergy banking is known for its' old-fashioned approach to to customer service banking and their pride in being able to work together.
