For upgrading your PC, as an instance on playing games (because both are needed on games),
-Processor determine how long your game loading does, AI, and everything about process and thinking.
-Graphic Card determine graphic rendering performance of your game, how smooth it does, and how nice it would looked like.
So choose wisely, because both are a crucial for gaming PC

Processor speed is benchmarked in terms of Hertz (Hz), or some derived unit of it (MHz = Megahertz, GHz = Gigahertz). It may also be measured in FLOPS, or Floating-Point Operations Per Seconds, or its derived units (MegaFLOPS, GigaFLOPS, TeraFLOPS, etc).

Because it is the conductor for the symphony of parts in a computer - it times and relates data from this part, transfers out data from this one, pulls in from this one.... It's probably closer to a traffic cop than a heart.

Because the processor is a 16 bit processor, and 64k is what you can address with a 16 bit processor.
1 answer
Generally, the bit size of a processor is indicated by the size of the accumulator, which is, most times but not always, the same as the internal data bus size. The 8086/8088 processor, for instance, is a 16 bit processor. The 8085 is an 8 bit processor. The 80386 is a 32 bit processor. The Q6600 Core2 Quad is a 64 bit processor. (These are just examples.)
