The poem "My Papa's Waltz" is about a young boy whose father is drunken by whiskey. The boy held on firmly to his father while they were dancing in the kitchen. the boy's mother was angry because of the romping which dismantled her kitchen. The father's knuckle was battered on one hand which either gives the idea that he is either a hard worker or a fighter. The father's belt buckle was being scraped by the boy's ear. Realise that the poet states that "my right ear scraped a buckle" and not " a buckle scraped my ear" which means that the boy does not blame the father for anything that happened to him during the waltz because he knows that the father is drunk. The father kept time upon the boy's head with his dirty palms which also can mean he is a hardworker. Then he carries his son off to bed with him still holding on to him.

In "My Papa's Waltz," the poet Theodore Roethke personifies the whiskey on the father's breath as something that has "kidded" with the boy's ear. This personification suggests a playful and almost mischievous quality to the father's drinking.

It doesn't this poem uses a light comic effect of how a son and father playfully danced around. Then the father had to put the son to bed and he didn't want to go.

This is clearly an example of dramatic irony.

Crazier, which Taylor Swift did for the hannah montana movie (I hate miley, but love Taylor) is the only song I've heard from her to which you can dance a waltz. If your unsure about whether a song is a waltz you can google sheet music for it, so you can see if it's written in 3/4 or 6/8 time. I recomend results from musicnotes.com that might come up. They usually will allow you to preview the song. If 3/4, it's a slow waltz. If 6/8, it's a Viennese waltz.

The sentence is incomprehensible. Necesito que papa... > there is no sense...

'Necesito que....' = 'I need....'(followed by a verb). 'Papa''s position is ambiguous.

'Papa por que estas actuando asi' > 'Papa, why are you behaving like this?'
