I don't know what a maronite church is, but the real question is "Why would they?" If they were marrying a maronite, then sure, they could marry in a maronite church. But if two Mormons (Man and Woman, for clarification) they would get married in a Mormon Temple or a Mormon meeting house.

The Maronite Rite is a Catholic rite of the Catholic Church. Most people think of the Catholic Church as the Latin Rite as this is the largest. The Maronite Rite is one of the Eastern Rites from Lebanon. Their language is different, and their Mass or Liturgy is based on that of St. James. Of all the Eastern Rites, theirs is the most similar to the Latin Rite. But the question as asked "similarities between the Roman Catholic and Maronite" makes no sense as the Maronite Rite is part of the Catholic Church.

The Maronite Church has a Church rite in itself. It is considered a Syro-Antiochene church, which means it derives its influence from both the Syriac school (i.e. writers such as Ephrem the Syrian and Jacob of Serug) as well as influenced by the history of Antioch (i.e. it's patriarchate's legitimacy is derived from Peter's episcopacy of Antioch).
Although the Maronite Church, in theory, is a Syriac church, in recent times it has retained numerous latinizations from the Roman Church as a means of demonstrating it's commitment to unity.

In 4th Century northern Syria outside of Aleppo, there was a monk who practiced asceticism and mysticism called Maroun (from which the name of the Maronites is derived, since in Arabic, Marouni is a follower of Maroun). He lived in hermitage (or seclusion) yet many people would seek him out for spiritual direction. After his death, a monastery called Beith Maroun (The House of Maroun) was created by his followers in his memory. After a series of clashes with monophysites after the Council of Chalcedon and other noted major heresies, the Maronites fled from persecution to Lebanon, where the majority reside today.
The Maronite Church is considered a primarily Syriac-influenced church, although it suffers heavily from latinizations and neo-latinizations.

Well, honey, the main difference between a Maronite church and a Melkite church is the liturgical and theological traditions they follow. Maronites are known for their Syriac heritage and strong ties to the Catholic Church, while Melkites have a Greek Byzantine influence and are also in communion with Rome. So, in a nutshell, it's like comparing apples and oranges - both fruits, but with their own unique flavors.

No, there is only one Catholic Church. However, within that one Church there are various rites, the largest of which is the Roman or Latin rite. Other rites are the Maronite, Ukrainian and other eastern rites that remained faithful to Rome after the Great Schism. All are considered as Catholics and not separate religions.
