It's a traditional sausage from Poland made of minced meat.It's called kiełbasa. There are many types of Polish sausages,the most common are:sucha krakowska(thick and smoked),kabanos (thin,air-dried and flavoured with caraway) and wiejska [vieyska].

You can buy Polish sausage in the US but it's doesn't taste like the genuine kiełbasa.
