After life is simply the life after death, in other words it means that when you die you don't be nothing and you don't vanish but you goes in other fathes of your life which begins with the life in grave, where you meet two angels who comes to ask you about the most important things which is 1-who is your god ?

2-who is your prophet ?

3- What are you willing to do for them?

4-what do you say about the man who has been sent to you and your people ?

And according to your answers you get rewarded by one of two things the 1st you see your place in heaven and you get to smell it or the 2nd to see your place in hell and you get to feel it. Your answers to the questions are not coming from your mouth so you can lie, they are coming from what you have done in your life. Then you wait for ( the day of asking ) when every one is asked about what he/she have done to get rewarded.

Alternatively, taking a scientific view of the topic, there is nothing to suggest in science anything of an afterlife.

If u wished to be optimistic you could argue that reality probably extends beyond the big-bang, and therefore we're yet to fully understand everything about the universe. So an afterlife could have manifestation in parts of reality that science is yet to encounter.

After all, science cannot even really give a descent definition for 'life', so if u wished, you could say that science has not come far enough to address these concerns.

This is though, wishful thinking. There is as of yet, no logical reason to believe in a god. Such beliefs tend to be superstition based and lacking in logic. You learned stories about god, in the same way you learned English as a child. :). You were probably told about god when you were young and not yet capable of questioning or thinking logically..

The thing is though, most people will dismiss the stories of e.g Santa Clause. Religious beliefs can be disregarded using the same logical questioning that will lead you to the obvious conclusion that Santa is not real.

With respect to religion, a lot of people find it hard to leave because if you have believed something to be true for a long time, you'll develop a view of the world with your religious beliefs in mind. People don't like to accept the fact that they have to make sense of the world, bearing in mind there is no god.

The problem is, people don't want to be told that their religion and what they believe in is wrong. Like when you tell a bully that bullying is wrong, they don't just go "Oh, okay then!" and skip off into the sunset. To be honest, I personally don't believe in this big Christian/whatever God kind of guy who strikes people down and starts floods and so on, because it all sounds like sweet little bedtime stories told to small gullible children who don't understand it, they are used to their parents being right so they assume that what the parents are now telling them is true. Life-after-death wise, I'm still working on that. There is probably some sort of process that helps you understand your life for what is was, what it meant and then someone explains the whole meaning of life thing to you. I believe what Jabberwacky told me, so the meaning of life is to live forever, so the angel-thing-whatever would tell you that you epic fail, so go have another go, or sit around and watch other people. Most people, surprisingly would probably go for the latter, as they are likely to believe that they've had their go, and it's someone else's turn now. Personally, I believe that a person dying and a person being born are not related to each other.

On the whole 'There is no god.' subject mentioned earlier, you can't possibly prove that there isn't, and it is possible that a massive group of people all with a shared belief in the whole 'God' figure could possibly have been subconciosly created by an amalgamation of all these different views.
