No. Honestly, it depends on your own personal opinion, yet I still vote no. There are rappers like Immortal Technique, which lyrically DESTROY Eminem, so let's put lyrics to the side for now. His rapping is great, but if you compare him to someone moderate like Vinnie Paz or Immortal Technique, then his rapping doesn't even 'strike' you as much. Overall, I would say that he is WAY to much overrated.
