Get a USB Direct Connect Cable, it is a USB cable that has a special crossover and more to it. This makes the USB cable act like an old NULL Modem cable from the early days. You then plug it into the USB ports on each computer install the software drivers and then set up file sharing and whatever else it has you do to make it network and your good to go.
Do Not use a regular USB cable, you will fry things...

There is no such thing as free cable television. Or, at least, there is no such thing as free legal cable television. You have to pay whether you want cable service or a satellite service. People who offer you free cable television access the cable companies' signals without the knowledge of the cable companies. They then give you these signals for free. But this is against the law and is known as "Theft of Service." Theft of Service means the manufacture, use, or supply of unauthorized cable devices and services. If a person is found indulging in theft of service then he can be penalized both civilly and criminally under the U.S. Federal Cable Act. The Federal Cable Act supercedes state and local acts and laws in this matter. This act provides protection for the cable companies against any individual who accesses, receives, or transmits any cable system service without the permission to do so. Unauthorized interception or receipt of cable system services includes any and all data, text, audio, and visual services provided by the cable network. This also includes all data transfer to or from a cable customer who has an interactive cable system. Manufacturers, suppliers, as well as separate consumers come under the purview of this act. If a person is found guilty of theft of service, then the concerned cable company can file a civil and criminal case against him. If these violations were proved to be "just for fun" or for "free" cable relay, the penalty might be less, but if they were for transmission for financial gain, then the civil penalty could go up to $50,000. If criminal intent can be proved, this attracts a fine of over $100,000 and in some cases a prison term also. So the next time someone tries to offer you free cable television, please steer clear of them and get cable television or satellite television by paying for it. "QUOTE From above" There is no such thing as free cable television. Or, at least, there is no such thing as free legal cable television. You have to pay whether you want cable service or a satellite service. In all truth there is no Free Cable TV but there is whats called OPEN AIR TV or antanne tv just buy a great big antanne and a big amp and viola u got free tv! but the quality may not be great so just buy ur satellite (DishNet Installer)Icetiger2005 or u can go buy a dtv box and get cable signals like a cable system it picks up digital waves instead of analog hope it is helpful later
