Bullion River Gold Corporation was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 29, 2001 under the original name Dynasty International Corporation. On December 9, 2004, five Nevada subsidiaries of Bullion River were incorporated and sold to Bullion River. These subsidiaries are Antone Canyon Mining Corp., Cimarron Mining Corp., Corcoran Canyon Mining Corp., North Fork Mining Corp., and Thomas Creek Mining Corp. Until December 9, 2003, Bullion River was a specialty retailer of home water quality testing kits and water purification devices. From then on, the Company changed its business direction to the exploration of gold and silver in the western United States. The Company's current operating funds are less than necessary to complete proposed mineral exploration programs of each of the subsidiaries, and as such, Bullion River will need to obtain additional financing in order to complete each of the proposed mineral exploration programs. The principal executive office of the Company is in Reno, Nevada. Bullion River has also leased a storage facility in Sparks, Nevada for the diamond drill cores from its properties. As of March 20, 2004, they had cash to the amount of $487,086. Since Bullion River is still in the start up phase, they do not have any major clients. Bullion River has no paid employees at this time.
