Yes. There are two birds which are known as bellbirds, which are native to Australia. Bell Miners (Scientific name Manorina melanohrys) are native to eastern and south-eastern Australia. However, bell miners are not considered true bellbirds. The Crested Bellbird, also known as the Crested thrush (Scientific name Oreoica gutturalis), is found almost throughout mainland Australia, except for where the Bell miner is found. It is found west of the Great Dividing Range, through the semi-arid and arid interior to the western coast. It is not found in the far north.
There is also one species of bellbird in New Zealand (Anthornis melanura), which is also known by its MÄori names Korimako or Makomako. It is found throughout both the North and South Islands.

Bellbirds are fairly plain looking birds, and quite small, with a beak-to-tail length of up to 20cm.
The New Zealand Bellbird (Anthornis melanura) is olive-green for the male and an olive-grey for the female. Males also have a darker, indigo-purple sheen on their head, while their outer wing and tail and black. Females have a blue sheen on their head, and a creamy streak by their eye. Both male and female have a red eye.
The type of bellbird most commonly known in Australia is the Bell Miner, is also typically olive-green, with a bright yellow bill, a red-orange bare eye patch and orange-yellow legs. There is less difference between males and females, but young birds are paler. In fact, the Bell Miner is not a true bellbird, even though it is commonly known as the bellbird.
The Crested bellbird is a grey to brown bird with a black crest, a white forehead and throat, and a black breast. Females lack the black breast, and their crest is less obvious.

Some birds certainly are. There is a separate group given to the Honey Eaters, Meliphagidea, and in New Zealand at least this includes Tui and Bellbird. Hummingbirds are honey eaters - indeed without such a high-energy food, they would have difficulty.
The Silvereye aka Waxeye are the birds that come in early spring and pollinate my peach trees, before it is warm enough for the honey bees.
I don't know about Bats - but they are insectivorous, and may pollinate as a by-product of insect hunting.
