'Anthropomorphic' means to give something human characteristics. There are different degrees of anthropomorphism - an animal may just talk or think like a human, or walk and dress like one too, or even almost entirely resemble a human, but with a few animal characteristics like a tail.
So while a human female has breasts, it is not correct to say an anthropomorphic animal is 'supposed to' have, or should not have them too, all degrees of anthropomorphication are 'correct'.
