From Corfu you can fly to Athens and after from Athens to Santorini or better you can take the ship from Corfu to Igoumenitsa and after you drive to Athens (Piraeus port), then you can take the next ship Piraeus - Santorini. This is the long way but the best because you can see a big part from mainland Greece.
