Lots, but the most common are Fußball (Football/soccer), Volleyball (same), Athletics, Tennis (same), Radfahren (bike riding) and Basketball (same). Those would be the most commonly played sports, but they have pretty much the same things as other western countries.

I am assuming that when you say "healthy sports" you mean sports that keep you in shape and fit. One sport that is very good is swimming. Doing laps for 20-40 minutes is very good on the body. It works the legs, arms and lungs. Another "healthy" sport is soccer. Weather if just for fun or on a team, it gives you great exercise especially with all the running. Another good sport would be track. There are many different events which require one to be in good shape including both lower body, legs and upper body. Another healthy sport is cross country skiing. It works ones legs extremely well and is good for building up endurance. It is a great work out and at the same time it can be very enjoyable because of the scenery. Finally I would have to say that basketball is a very "healthy" sport. It is very fun to play whether it is with friends or for a team. There is a lot of running involved. Playing defense on the other team requires your lags and arms. I hope this helped.
