The Eastern Orthodox Church uses the Bible. The books in their Canon are slightly different than that of the Roman Catholic, but they also use 3 Maccabees, Psalm 151, and 1 Esdras.

(1) If it has the title, "Holy Bible with Apocrypha" on its spine or cover, or, (2) you turn to the contents page and you count more than 66 books, or (3) if one of those books have titles like Wisdom of Solomon, Bel and the Dragon, 1 or 2 Esdras, 1 or 2 Maccabees (these are books belonging to the Apocrypha). The presence of any one of these features would indicate that your bible probably has more than 66 books.

A:The Septuagint contained several books and additions that were not included in the Hebrew canon, although at least some of those works seem to have been written in Hebrew or Aramaic Those termed Deuterocanonical by the Catholic Church, or Apocryphal by Protestants are: 1 Esdras, 2 Esdras (4 Ezra), Tobit, Judith, Wisdom of Solomon, Ecclesiasticus, Baruch, Letter of Jeremiah, Prayer of Manasseh, 1 Maccabees, 2 Maccabees, Additions to Esther and Additions to Daniel. Note that 2 Esdras was written around 100CE, after most of the New Testament had been written. There is no record of these books having been regarded as included in the Hebrew Bible, even by the Greek-speaking Alexandrian Jews. Because they are omitted from the Jewish Tanach, most Protestant Bibles also omit them.

A great deal of other Jewish religious literature has also been left out of the Bible. This includes 3 Maccabees, 4 Maccabees, Epistle of Aristeas, Jubilees, 1 Enoch, 2 Enoch, Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, Testament of Job, Assumption of Moses, Ascension of Isaiah, 2 Baruch, The Psalms of Solomon, Pseudo-Phocylidesand the Sibylline Oracles. Some of these works were at least partly written in Hebrew or Aramaic but, although Jewish in origin, much was originally written in the Greek language. Most of this material dates from before the Christian Era, some later. These books are commonly referred to as the Pseudepigraphica because the attributions are so obviously forgeries.

Actually, generally Catholics have EXTRA books in the Bible that are not generally accepted as canon by other Christian churches. These include:-

1 Esdras

2 Esdras

Tobit

Judith

Additions to Esther

Wisdom of Solomon

Ecclesiasticus

Baruch

Song of the Three Holy Children

Susannah

Bel and the Dragon

Prayer of Manasses

1 Maccabees

2 Maccabees

These books had existed but were not generally accepted along with the rest of the bible either for reasons of tradition (The Jews did not hold them as Scripture)

or because they are not ratified by Jesus Himself. After the Council of Trent in 1546 the Roman Catholic Church added these as scripture for reasons that supported the Counter -Reformation, and they became recognised as books of the Bible.

Interestingly Martin Luther and the Reformist/ Protestant movement had taken issue with certain ideas- such as the buying of indulgences (paying to get into Heaven) and prayer for the dead, so it was convenient for the Papal leadership to include books that backed up these ideas from scripture.
