Answer 1Afghans are a mixture of various ethnic groups including tribes whose ancestors were from Arabia. Modern day Afghans have ancestry from Persians, Scythians, Aryans (Afghanistan was once called Aryana) Indians, Macedonians, Arabs and Mongols. Another theory even suggests that some may even be descendants of the ancient Israelites but it cannot be proven. Answer 2Afghans are from Afghanistan and Arabs are from Saudi Arabia.

There are numerous ethnicities present in Afghanistan, including Persians, Pashto, Dari, Uzbek, Turkmen, Sindhi, and Kyrgyz among others. None of these groups nor any that I am aware of speak Arabic or consider themselves to be Arab. Arabs conversely do not consider Aghanistan to be an Arab country.

Afghanistan IS however a majority-Moslem nation, like all Arab countries, whence the confusion springs.

Yeah, this person is right. Arabs, are kind of one of those language-strict ethnicities. Meaning the language is one of the key traits. Afghans, don't speak Arabic and it might seem like it. Because, they might dress like Arabs and they even use the Arabic writing system for their dialects (called the Urdu script). Persians are one of the dominant groups, and their culture is VERY similar to Arab culture. Arabs and Persians are pretty much, kind of like sister ethnicities yet the Arabic and Persian languages aren't even from the same family. Since Afghanistan is a Muslim nation, like the first person said, there is a mass confusion since Afghanistan is also located in the Middle East.

Why is there dispute in Arab countries?

In order to answer this properly you need to be more specific in what you are asking. What do you mean by "dispute"? If you take dispute to mean unrest or instability the reasons for it may differ depending on which Arab country you are talking about. Also you need to define what you mean by 'Arab Countries'. Arab countries are on the Arabian Peninsular and Arabian North Africa and includes countries such as: Oman, UAE, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Sudan, Comoros, Libya Contrary to popular belief (or ignorance) Iran and Afghanistan are not Arab countries.. If you mean the Middle East this also includes countries that are not considered 'Arab' such as Iran and Afghanistan, as already mentioned, and Cyprus, Turkey and Israel. While I may not have fully answered your question maybe I have provided you with enough information to seek an answer that has clearer boundaries. Thanks
