no way.. king cobra are the largest venomous snakes, they are specalised in preying on other snakes and are immune to the other snakes' venom. In addition to that all snakes have a transparent cover on their eyes so the spitter's venom wont blind the king cobra. in a battle b/w a king cobra and and the spitting cobra, king cobra will easily kill and devour the spitter...
If the King Cobra feels threatened, it will send you many warning signs before it uses venom, after that, it is VERYdangerous. For it has about 10 pints of venom to spit across the sky at you, and if it bites you, you must IMMEDIATLY go to a hospital.
It uses its "spit", or venom, to paralyse other animals that are attacking or threatening it. For example, if a fox were to approach the spitting cobra, the cobra will spit at the fox to keep it away. This keeps the cobra safe and protected from the fox.
venom
Because it can spit venom. The purpose is to blind, and then envonomate through the tear ducts, ect.
no only spitting cobras spit venom
Not teeth fangs and it's got 2 that r filled with venom that they spit at ur eyes to blind u or bite u and eat
King cobras defend themselves by rising and raising their hoods. The hoods have the shape of an eye on each one, and make the king cobra seem larger to the predator. Then the king cobra bites, but if the grip on the predator isn't firm, they can't inject the venom. Or the king cobra could spit venom into the predators eye, causing temporary blindness so the it can escape. The predator should've run of when the king cobra gave it's warning signals (raised hood and hissing) from fear.
