Technically, the official term is Anti-Semitism. However, as the Jews are not the only "Semites," something like judeophobia might be a more accurate term.
Antisemitism as it is used in the English language today refers to discrimination against Jews. While Arabs (and certain others) are also Semitic peoples, the English term "antisemitism" was coined (around 1860) to refer to discrimination against Jews. Antisemitism was designed to sound much more scientific, and therefore more acceptable, than the common term for this hatred of Jews "Judenhass" (which literally means "Jew-hatred" in German).
The term 'Wailing Wall' was used by British soldiers in reference to the Western Wall of the Second Temple in Jerusalem. The term 'Wailing Wall' was an insult against Jews, implying that when Jews pray they wail.
In Nazi Germany it meant persecution, hatred, deportation and death.
