Also in 2004, Colbert contributed essays to the Daily Show satirical history textbook helmed by Jon Stewart called "America (The Book)"

In 2007, Colbert authored his own book titled "I Am America, and So Can You!" It's accompanying audiobook won a grammy. This is his most well-known book.
