Mutual is a town in Woodward County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 76 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area
of 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²), all land.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there were 76 people, 31 households, and 22 families residing in the
town. The population density was 112.9/km² (289.9/mi²). There were 38 housing units
at an average density of 56.4/km² (145.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 75.00% White, 14.47% Native American, 3.95% Asian, 5.26% from other races, and 1.32% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.26% of the population.
There were 31 households out of which 32.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.1% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.0% were
non-families. 29.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or
older. The average household size was 2.45 and the average family size was 3.00.
In the town the population was spread out with 30.3% under the age of 18, 3.9% from 18 to 24, 32.9% from 25 to 44, 23.7% from
45 to 64, and 9.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 81.0 males.
For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 76.7 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $30,625, and the median income for a family was $53,250. Males had a median
income of $21,667 versus $21,875 for females. The per capita income for the town was
$16,524. There were 12.0% of families and 34.5% of the population living below the poverty
line, including 83.9% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
