Lucia has places for you to work "and" play. The company owns a portfolio of holiday villages that are leased long-term to Club Med, with properties located in Corsica, the French Alps, Switzerland, and the Caribbean. Lucia is also developing Danton Quarter, an urban redevelopment project in western Paris' La Défense business district; the project is to include a 38-story office tower. By 2003 Lucia had sold most of its other office buildings to concentrate on the Danton project. US-based real estate investment firm Colony Capital owns more than 60% of Lucia, which was founded in 1904 and is one of France's oldest real estate companies.
