One can get a personal HEAT program from a bank. One would have to talk to an employee to see if they're eligible to apply for a personal HEAT program.

I think personal hygene matters with health ,so i think it can get you kicked out of a day program

Whether a program is good or not depends on personal preference but in my own personal opinion I really like this program, but others may not. If others do not like it then I can understand why because there is lots of drama then people might not like that. But if people do then they will like it.=]
